We are a privately owned national facilities management with 3 offices across the UK, specialising in hard services including Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services for over 20 years.
We are looking for an experienced commercial gas engineer to work across high end retail and studio sites
Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Diagnostics
- Inspect, test, and diagnose commercial gas appliances, heating systems, boilers and pipework.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify leaks, blockages, or faulty components.
Service & Maintenance
- Perform routine servicing of commercial gas appliances (boilers, heaters, kitchen equipment).
- Clean and adjust burners, valves, filters, and safety devices.
- Ensure systems meet performance and efficiency standards.
Repairs & Replacement
- Repair or replace defective components such as regulators, thermostats, heat exchangers, and valves.
- Carry out emergency repairs to minimize downtime for businesses.
- Ensure repairs are compliant with gas safety regulations.
Requirements
- Domestic gas qualifications (CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT)
- Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1/CIGA1/CORT1/CDGA/TPCP1)
- Health & Safety awareness with a proactive approach.
Package:
- Basic salary up to £48,000
- 40 hour working week
- Local work – 30 sites
