Package – £40,000 – £45,000 / travel – 15 mins either way / 40hrs – 8am -4.30pm / 23+8 days holiday / Ford Transit 2019 plate or newer / Overtime paid x1.5 Monday – Saturday/ x2 Sundays and BH / Fuel Card / 1 in 6/7 on-call / £100 stand by/ Pension / Tools

The company
We are a West Midlands based facilities management company who have contracts nationally covering up to Manchester and down to London. We are a family run business and have been established for 10 years’ providing a wide range of services including Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas and Refrigeration services.

The role
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team in the West Midlands. 

You will be carrying out service, maintenance and repairs to a range of commercial boilers/ gas and plumbing equipment. You will be mainly cover contracts for pubs, restaurants, schools and hotels
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Service and repairs of commercial gas equipment and commercial plumbing
• Meeting clients – Customer facing position

  
Essential Qualifications / Experience:

• Commercial gas qualifications (Commercial CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1,COCN1,ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1 )
• NVQ in plumbing
• Driver’s Licence

  
Package:

• Basic Salary up to £45000 on a 40 hour week
• 8am – 4.30pm
• Paid travel -15 mins
• On-call payment £100
• On call rota 1 in 6-7
• Overtime x1.5 Mon – Sat
• Double time on Sundays & BH
• 23 days + 8 BH
• Pension Scheme
