Rapidly growing Commercial Laundry company in the service and repair sector, supports major manufacturers of commercial laundry equipment are seeking a Commercial Laundry Engineer to join their team. Focusing on high-profile clients, including care homes, hospitals, and 5-star hotels. If you’re skilled in servicing and repairing commercial laundry equipment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial laundry equipment.
- Fault-find and repair both electrical and gas-powered laundry equipment.
- Customer-facing role: Interact directly with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the service provided.
Essential Qualifications/Experience
Gas desired, but not essential. Salary will reflect that.
- Domestic ACS Gas Safe Qualifications (CCN1) – cross-training to commercial offered.
- Commercial ACS Gas Laundry Qualifications (e.g., CLE1, CCLNG1, CONGLP1PD).
- Electrical experience (18th/17th edition is a plus).
- Experience with commercial laundry equipment.
- Full UK driver’s license.
Package & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £34,000 to £40,000 (dependent on quals and experience).
- Overtime: Paid at time and a half (Mon-Sat), double time (Sun & Bank Holidays).
- Bonus Scheme: Performance-based (paid every 6 months).
- Holiday: 25 days + 8 Bank Holidays.
