Domestic and commercial gas engineer London (inner M25)

Basic salary £50,000 – £55,000 /travel – 1 hour either way/ No on call/ Overtime/ 25 days plus 8 bank holidays/ Van with private use (pay the tax)/ Pension

We deliver end to end HVAC services, including the supply, installation, maintenance and repair of systems across retail, offices, schools, universities, hospitals, industrial and data centres.

The role:

• Carry out service, maintenance and repair of commercial gas appliances and associated plant
• Diagnose faults efficiently and complete repairs to a high standard with minimal disruption to clients
• Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and industry standards
• Complete job reports, certification and documentation accurately and on time
• Liaise professionally with customers, providing clear updates and technical advice on site
• Work independently or as part of a team across commercial and industrial premises
• Participate in emergency call out and reactive maintenance when required 

Requirements/ Qualifications

• Domestic gas – CCN1/ CENWAT/ CKR1 / HTR1 / MET1
• Commercial gas – COCN1 /CIGA1 /CORT1/ TPCP1 /ICPN1/ CDGA1
• Pass a DBS check
• Full driving license
• Experience on domestic and commercial gas equipment

Package:

• Basic salary £50,000 – £55,000
• Travel – 1hour either way
• 40 hour on site
• No on call
• Overtime x1.5 and x2
• 33 days holiday
• Van with private use
• Pension
• Specialist tools/ PDA/ uniform
