Are you an experienced HGV Technician or PSV Technician looking for a new challenge with excellent earning potential? We are seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to join our team, working on our HGV fleet across Kent, Southampton, and Oxford.
The Role:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of HGVs and PSVs (tankers or LPG experience would be a huge advantage).
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Travelling to different sites as required – all travel time is paid.
What We Offer:
- OTE £50,000+ (Base salary £35,000 + overtime & on-call).
- Overtime on anything over 40 hours at 1.5x or 2x (depending on the day of the week).
- On-call rota coming soon – estimated to add an extra £5,000 OTE.
- 40-hour contracted week, with all additional hours paid as overtime.
- Fully equipped company vehicle for travel between sites and can opt in for personal use.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as an HGV or PSV Technician (not just vans/cars).
- LPG or tanker experience would be highly desirable.
- A full UK driving licence (HGV licence preferred).
- Willingness to travel across Kent, Southampton, and Oxford.
