About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Nottingham. You will play a key role in maintaining and repairing machinery to ensure optimum efficiency.
In this position, you will manage breakdowns and lead planned maintenance programs to support our production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background, hands-on mechanical skills, and significant experience working with packaging or manufacturing machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Conduct regular planned maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Work with a range of packaging and printing machinery, including print presses and die-cutting machines
• Minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance

Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in electrical engineering
• Experience in print and packaging manufacturing
• Competence in operating and maintaining packaging machines
• Knowledge of print pressing or die-cutting machinery
• 18th Edition Qualification (preferred) or equivalent time-served experience
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
