A well‑established provider of office technology solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support customers across South Lincolnshire / Peterborough / West Norfolk. The organisation delivers high‑quality print and document solutions to businesses across the region and is committed to exceptional service, long-term partnerships, and reliable technical support.
 
Role Overview
 
This is a full-time field-based position supporting a diverse customer base, including SME, Corporate, and Education environments. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimisation of office print technology, ensuring minimal downtime and a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain Develop / Konica Minolta MFD hardware
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximise device uptime
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Provide clear, professional technical support to end users
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within agreed SLAs
