Location: Midlands ( no staying away from home, all local )

We are a family-run business established for over 30 years and have continued to grow from strength to strength, now operating a group of companies across the Midlands. With long-serving engineers and a very low staff turnover, we pride ourselves on our strong reputation and loyal customer base, including well-known pub chains such as Marston’s and Greene King.
 
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join our team in the East Midlands. This role is predominantly installation-based, working across sites such as pubs, schools, care homes and hotels. You will be responsible for installing a wide range of commercial refrigeration and associated systems, including cold rooms, bottle coolers, under-counter fridges, freezers, ice machines, VRVs, VRFs and split systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Carrying out full installs from first fix to commissioning
• Reading and working from drawings and specifications
• Ensuring all installations meet industry standards and F-Gas regulations
• Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and/or F-Gas certification
• Proven experience in commercial refrigeration installations
• Ability to work independently and manage installation projects on site
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
