Location : 3 sites across central London

Benefits : £40- 45,000pa / 8am-5pm or 7-4pm / Travel card / 28 days holiday / 3 days extra if no sick taken / tools / laptop / mobile / 3.5% annual bonus

We are a well established building services company based in the South East, having been providing our services for over 25years. We have built long standing relationships with our clients which mainly include Hospitals and Universities proving Air Conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical services.

We appreciate how important engineers are to our business, therefore, pride ourselves in ensuring our staff are provided with everything they need and a positive work place to work in.

We are currently seeking an air conditioning engineer to join our team our University contract covering 3 campuses in close proximity of each other. We currently have a team of 8 air conditioning engineers on site already and seeking a further 3.

Role & Responsibilities

· Service, maintenance and repairs of VRV, VRF, Split Systems, and AHUs

· Conducting routine maintenance on air conditioning systems in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and industry standards

· Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with air conditioning systems, and repairing or replacing components as required

· Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations

· Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and carrying out repairs as necessary

· Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies

Qualifications / Experience

· FGAS or NVQ Level 2 refrigeration & Air Conditioning

· Drivers license

· Excellent customer services skills
