White Goods Engineer / Domestic Appliance Engineer
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: £28,000-£35,000 + 10% Bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week

The Role As a White Goods Engineer, you’ll be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of multi-brand appliances, including:

• Washing Machines
• Tumble Dryers
• Dishwashers
• Refrigeration Units
• Electrical Cookers

This is a field-based role where you’ll deliver excellent service directly to customers in their homes. You’ll work on industry-leading brands like Hotpoint, Indesit, Bosch, and Beko, ensuring first-time fixes and a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities

• Fault diagnosis and repair of domestic appliances.
• Providing outstanding customer service in a customer-facing environment.
• Meeting achievable targets for completion rates, first-visit fixes, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a White Goods/Domestic Appliance Engineer.
• Relevant certifications, such as Domestic ACS Gas Qualification (CCN1/CKR1).
• Refrigeration qualifications (R600a/F-Gas) are a bonus.
• A full UK driver’s license.

• Salary: £28,000-£33,000 (based on experience and location).
• Bonus: Up to 10% of your annual salary based on achievable performance metrics.
• Hours: 40-hour working week, with overtime available at time and a half.
