About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join a leading Facilities Management (FM) business in the South East. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving revenue growth, maximising profitability, and developing high-value client relationships. The successful candidate will lead sales, business development, and marketing strategies to ensure sustainable and scalable revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive new business acquisition, cross-selling, and retention strategies across key markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and business development teams.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to enhance revenue generation.
  • Oversee pricing models, contract negotiations, and commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a senior revenue-focused role within the Facilities Management (FM) industry or related service sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of successfully driving business growth.
  • Extensive experience in sales leadership, business development, and strategic account management.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • Ability to develop and execute data-driven revenue strategies.
  • Strong analytical and financial planning capabilities.
