About the Role: As the Workplace Experience Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of a dynamic and high-profile site, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and every team member and visitor has a positive experience. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll manage a team of 9 and champion a culture of excellence in service delivery and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming workplace experience
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 9 across various functions – Lost and found, Porterage, Event setup and post room operations
• Act as the main point of contact for on-site stakeholders and client engagement
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the working environment
• Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with internal departments and FM support teams for smooth service integration

About You:

• Proven experience in a workplace, FM, hospitality, or corporate office management role
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build motivated, high-performing teams
• Confident communicator with stakeholder management expertise
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Energetic, approachable, and passionate about delivering outstanding service
