The Role As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for all inbound customer calls — managing 40 to 60 calls per day in a fast-paced environment. Your mission is to provide a high standard of support, resolving queries efficiently and professionally, and ensuring every customer receives a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing timely and accurate support.
- Troubleshoot issues and offer practical solutions in line with company processes.
- Maintain clear and concise records of all customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Follow up on customer queries where needed to ensure satisfaction.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to stay calm under pressure and manage high call volumes.
- A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
- Reliable, positive, and proactive attitude.
Requirements
- Able to travel reliably to our office near Worcester (own transport preferred as we are not located in the city centre).
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous but not essential — we value the right attitude and approach.
