Location: Worcester (Hybrid – 3 days WFH after probation)
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and assistance via phone, email, and web tickets.
No two days are the same — you’ll be helping clients resolve a range of website and hosting queries while ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
