Salary: £25,000 starting salary
Post-probation: £26,000 after 6-month probation
Bonus: £3,000 commission potential based on KPI achievement

Role Overview As an inbound Sales Executive, you will handle inbound customer calls with a focus on delivering outstanding service while maximising sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling. You will work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment where performance is rewarded and development is supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional, polite, and friendly manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell tech products and services.
- Maintain an excellent understanding of our product portfolio to match customer needs.
- Consistently achieve individual KPIs related to sales, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members and share feedback to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a phone-based sales or customer service role (contact centre experience desirable).
- Confident communicator with a clear, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Comfortable learning and discussing technical products and services.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
