Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the cleaning operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee budget management, cost control, and resource allocation to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior operations role within the soft FM industry, specifically in cleaning services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organisational abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
