A North East based facilities management company who cover heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration with over 15 years’ experience within the industry.
Contracts worked: Predominantly offices
All work is local to Newcastle

Job role:
Installation/ service and repair of air conditioning equipment – splits/ multi split/ VRF/VRF and closed control systems – installation is the primary focus

Package:

· Basic salary:up to £40,000

· 40 hours between 8am and 5pm

· Local work

· Overtime available x1.5

· 20 days plus bank holiday

· travel – 30 minutes

· No on call

· Private use of van

· Company Pension and Profit Share
