About our Candidates
This is what we'll do for you..
LTD COMPANY WORKERS
Will be referred to our Payroll and Finance team who will carry out IR35 checks to ensure compliance, check your Company Registration Document, VAT Certificate, Insurance, and Business Bank Account details. They can also provide advice on legislation and how to set up a Limited Company for new contract workers.
UMBRELLA WORKERS
An Umbrella scheme is a simple way for contractors to get paid who do not have a Limited Company. Our team will advise you on how the scheme works and manage your payments and statutory deductions for you including P.A.Y.E and National Insurance contributions. An Umbrella scheme will also organise your pension contributions and holiday accrual. Other benefits include insurance and access to sick pay and maternity pay.
P.A.Y.E WORKERS
Will be advised on their pay date and frequency and entitled benefits including; PENSION – By law, as your employer we must automatically enrol you into a pension scheme and deduct 5% of your salary which is transferred into the pension for you. We use the NEST Pension Scheme (who are the government recommended pension provider).
As the government recognises people often make their own pension arrangements, you are able to opt out of making the 5% pension contribution, but only within the first month of starting. After that time you will not be able to cease making these pension contributions until the end of your assignment. You will be sent an information pack from NEST which includes an option for you to de-register should you choose.
HOLIDAY – P.A.Y.E workers are entitled to take 25 days paid leave per year plus statutory Bank Holidays. The holiday allowance is calculated on a pro-rata basis and runs annually from 1st July to 31st June. Within the first couple of weeks of joining you will receive an email from our online holiday calendar provider where you will be able to view your holiday allowance. You will need to request any holidays from your line manager. Once approved, please update your holiday allowance in the calendar accordingly.
HEALTH CARE – While we do not provide free healthcare, we are able to set you up in our company’s healthcare scheme for the duration of your assignment and deduct the monthly healthcare fees from your wages. We use AXA PPP Healthcare. Please contact us for more information if you are interest in joining the scheme.
