Acting as an extension to their business, we are able to provide them with a fully comprehensive back office support solution to successfully run a multi-million pound recruitment campaign.

How can it work for you?

Knowledge – We value the importance of knowledge, so will provide you a dedicated Account Manager to work exclusively for you. They will gain an in-depth understanding of your internal processes, including understanding your customers individual needs, culture and who the key stakeholders are. This also enable them to offer all candidates a first class recruitment experience.

Service Levels – We will advise you on the candidate market place and agree service levels (SLA’s) to deliver the best talent available within 72 hours of a role being released. Our aim is to add value and reduce costs by improving the quality of hires, the recruitment ratio’s, and reduce the amount time managers spend interviewing unsuitable applicants.

Back office – We provide a comprehensive back office payroll solution for all types of workers from P.A.Y.E to Ltd Companies. Finance is available for up to £10m per month for payroll. High levels of Employers Liability and Indemnity Insurance is already in place.

Compliance – We ensure all aspects of compliance is adhered to including, Pension Contributions, Holiday Pay, GDPR and IR35 reviews to negate any legal risks. We are members of APSCo and adhere to their code of conduct.
