Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: £41,000 risng to – £46,000 on passing probation
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, & Sunday
Week 2: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform both planned and reactive electrical maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly.
  • Diagnose and fix electrical faults beyond basic resets, solving root issues.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings to support troubleshooting.
  • Work with production teams to improve machine performance and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance tasks and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

What You’ll Need:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3, ONC, or HNC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in fast-paced manufacturing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Electrical experience is essential, and while 17th or 18th Edition certifications are not mandatory, they are an advantage.
