Benefits : £45-55,000PA / £450 Car allowance per month + mileage / 7.30am – 4.30am / 21 days + banks / healthcare after 3 months

We are a West Midlands based building services company who have been established for 40 years, proving Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning and Gas Services across the Midlands. We work closely with the NHS providing our services across the Midlands and further a field.

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to work across our contracts in the West Midlands. These range from MOD, NHS and Commercial council buildings . The works are varied depending on the applicants qualifications and experience but this will be working on our project and installation team, for Electrical, Plumbing, Fabrication and Ventilation.

Role Responsibilities

• The day to day running of all projects
• Securing ongoing installation contracts as well as any extra service and maintenance
• Working with projects ranging from small sum fit outs room change of use in healthcare to Plant installs and larger change of use alterations
• Estimation and providing quotes
• Attending site meetings when required
• Attending site to complete site visits
• Attending site to complete final measuring up
• Liaising with employees and sub-contractors
• Working on the tools when / as required
• Attending and overlooking each install
• Liaising with all other members of staff within the office
• Dealing with suppliers / contractors
