Building Maintenance Engineer

Role: Building Maintenance Engineer – MECHANICAL/PLUMBING BIAS

Location: Sheffield / Leeds

Salary: £36,000-38,000pa

Operating for over 30 years, we are a highly established Building Services company offering maintenance services to commercial, residential & industrial clients nationwide.

Due to our ongoing workload and further contract wins, we are recruiting heavily for Engineers to work across our clients sites including healthcare facilities, retail, offices, hotels, and manufacturing sites.

Role:

• PPM
• Reactive works
• Remedials
• Emergency lighting
• Plumbing

Required:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience with HVAC/PLANT
• Full UK driving licence
• FGAS (desirable)
• 2391 (desirable)

Package:

• Base salary £36,000-38,000pa
• 42.5 hours per week
• Overtime available
• Travel minus 30 minutes
