Basic salary up to £45,000 / 42.5hr working week / Travel paid to first site / 20+8 days holiday / Van & fuel card/ 23 days + 8/ 1 in 5 call out – door to door on call out/ private pension/

We are a facilities management company based in the South West with over 40 years experience in the industry covering the UK providing clients with a wide range of services. We employ over 100 engineers which includes Domestic & Commercial Gas, Air Conditioning, Plumbers, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. Our clients include NHS, Government Sites, Blue Chip companies, sheltered accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and fault find on commercial boilers & heating systems
Service and breakdown of commercial gas boilers
Gas safety works
Field based – Customer facing position

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

Commercial gas qualifications (Commercial CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1,COCN1, TPCP1A)
Oftec, LPG or FGAS Qualification would also be an advantage
Full Driver’s Licence

Benefits Package:

· Salary: £42,000 – £45,000

· 42.5 hours

· Paid travel one way

· Overtime rates

· On call 1 in 5 – On call allowance of £10 Mon-Thurs and £25.00 Fri-Sat, plus time and a half Mon-Sat until 12pm and double time after 12pm on a Saturday through to Sunday – paid door to door

· 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

· Van & fuel card

· Private Pension
