Commercial Gas Engineer – West Midlands
 
Basic salary up to £43,100/ £1200 bonus / 40 hour week/ Door to door travel/ call out 1 in 8-10/ standby £100/ overtime x1.5 and x2/ van and fuel card/ 29 days holiday/ van and fuel card

We are a dynamic Midlands based HVAC company with a large presence within the pub sector, providing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions, specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance for over 140 years. We are approved contractors for McDonalds Restaurants, J D Weatherspoon’s, Dudley Council, Greene King and Nandos to name a few. 

 
The role:
To service and install a variety of unvented and instantaneous water heaters, a variety of domestic and commercial boilers and hot air heaters, both direct and indirect fired. General plumbing duties. To work at our Blue chip customers site maintaining a variety of water heaters, both gas and electric, replacing and installing new heaters, general maintenance of water systems, both inside and out. Carrying overhead radiant tubes and other warm air heaters. 
 
Essential Qualifications / Experience:

• Commercial gas qualifications (Commercial CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1,COCN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1,CoNGLP1PD )
• Oftec, LPG or FGAS Qualification would also be an advantage.
• Full Driver’s Licence

Package:  Basic salary up to £43,100

• Call out 1 in 10 – stand by payment – Yes
• Paid Door to door
• £1200 ( £100 per month ) for completing work sheets
• 40 hour week
• Time and half overtime Mon –Sat &Double time Sundays
• 21 days + 8 bank hols
• 4% pension after satisfactory probation.
