We have been established for almost 60 years providing M&E and Hygiene services across the UK, Spain and Ireland with over 90,000 clients. We currently have a team of 400 engineers across our Electrical, Mechanical and Air Conditioning sectors working on a wide range of sites which include Banks, Schools, Universities, Retail outlets, Leisure Centres, Hospitals and Pubs

As a business with have helped and worked with over 2,000 business customers test, install and manage their property infrastructure assets. We are accredited to UKAS 17020 inspection body standards for fixed wire and portable appliance testing to ensure we are providing our customers with the best service possible.

We are currently seeking an Electrical Shop Fitter who will be mainly focusing on LED Lighting installations across our commercial retail sites.

Responsibilities

• Install LED lighting systems, including wiring, fixtures, and control systems, in retail and commercial spaces.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of LED lighting systems.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using various testing devices.
• Ensure all installations comply with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the installation process.

Essential Qualifications / Experience (All of the following will be considered):

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 – desirable
• NVQ / SVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification
• AM2
• Driver’s Licence

• Full UK driver’s license ( 6 points max )
