Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Route Planning: Take full responsibility for planning your routes to maximise efficiency and minimise travel time.
- Professional Customer Service: Maintain a polite and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
- Van Stock Management: Manage stock effectively to achieve the highest possible first-time fix rates.
- Diagnostic Expertise: Perform thorough diagnostics on appliances to minimise recall rates, consistently operating below a 4% recall rate.
- Detailed Reporting: Compile detailed reports and take pictures of appliances and properties to ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain Work Areas: Leave every work area clean and tidy, clearing away debris and water after each visit.
- Damage Prevention: Document the work area with photos to protect against potential damage queries.
- Parts Management:
- Regularly collect parts from local depots or parcel lockers.
- Check all parts for accuracy and report any errors or damage promptly to the parts department.
- Update the system with collected parts and ensure they align with job requirements.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your company vehicle clean, report any damage, and notify your manager of any issues or incidents.
- Communication: Stay in regular contact with the office via WhatsApp to stay informed about schedule changes and respond promptly to queries regarding parts or reports.
