The Challenge

The company are the leading IT and Computer Gaming authority in the world with a $23 billion profit recorded in 2017. CV Bay were chosen as a supplier for contract computer gaming staff UK across the UK. Starting from zero 6 years ago with the challenge to supply staff UK wide into a very difficult and niche sector.

The Solution

CV Bay recruited an Account Manager to deliver exclusively to their business. The account manager dedicates 100% of their time servicing the account and was fully integrated into the clients business through attending site meetings at their head office and also regional office. Further training was provided on the use of the clients applicant tracking software and payroll software which has enabled CV Bay to manage the entire process including payroll. Due to the nature of the role and the candidate short market, the approach has been headhunting and networking.

The Outcome

CV Bay has grown the account from from zero workers and as an unknown in the industry to being the leading supplier to the account. Our performance is reviewed on an annual basis where the feedback due to our results are always outstanding. Our uptake rate on new roles is 100% and we are able to deliver CV’s in 48 ours as per the SLA. Our CV to interview ratio is 1:1 which shows our excellent understanding of the account. We have been ranked as the number one supplier year on year and are now embedded in their business as a vital support partner.
